Want to know why your or other Salons may close down? Many people don’t truly understand what causes such a tragedy, and think it just has to do with numbers. That is important, however many times the staff alone has more to do with it then the plain old numbers. I have observed how things have changed over the years since I started many years ago and due to technology, social media and easy access to these things, staff are spending more time on that rather than doing their actual job. There are many backbones such as the front desk receptionists, managers, assistants, cleaning crew, etc. that are what keeps the Salon running in a steady slow. If one of then fails then everything else can become chaotic and cause an unhealthy workplace.
